I had an appointment with Dr last name today. Here's how it went. Dr- hello man's name. I'm glad you could make it in today. Me- hey doc. Sorry I'm late, but I've got a severe one syllable body part ache. Dr- that's probably just the side effects from the medicine. Nothing to worry about. Me- ok. So how did the x ray turn out? Dr- well it's not good. We found a(n) object in your body part and a(n) object in your body part. Me- oh wow. That's some very Adjective news doc. Dr- yes it is. On top of that, your blood pressure is number over number and your body part has a rash on it. Me- omg. What should I do? Dr- well I'm gonna prescribe you a bottle of liquid and I want you to rub it on your body part twice a day. Also take 3 pills daily and make sure you take them with plenty of food. Me- ok doc. When should I come back? Dr- come back in 2 weeks unless you're body part starts acting up. Then come back immediately.
