Fun Libs is made by Whimsical Works, a small team, so your message goes to the people who make the game.
The best way to reach us is playiagogames@gmail.com. It helps if you tell us:
- whether you’re on funlibs.app, the Android app or the iPhone app,
- the email or username on your account, if it’s about your account or a purchase,
- the story’s link or title, if it’s about a story.
What to write to us about
- Help and bugs. Something not working, a story that won’t load, or a word that ended up in the wrong place.
- Purchases and refunds. A pack or Plus that didn’t unlock, or a refund. See our refund policy first.
- Privacy. A copy of your data, deleting your account, or a question about how we use it. See our privacy policy.
- Reports. A story or profile that’s offensive or copied from someone else. You can also report it straight from the ⋯ menu on the story.
- Ideas. A pack you’d like, a feature you miss, or a story you think we should write.
