Refund policy

Purchases on funlibs.app

Ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and you’ll get your money back, no questions asked. This covers story packs, the Everything bundle, “Remove ads” and Fun Libs Plus. For a subscription, it applies to the first payment and to each renewal.

Purchases on funlibs.app are sold through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payments and refunds. Ask by replying to your Stripe receipt or by emailing playiagogames@gmail.com. A refunded item is removed from your account.

Canceling Fun Libs Plus

You can cancel Plus at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Canceling stops future payments; to get money back for a payment you’ve already made, ask for a refund as described above.

Purchases in the app

Purchases made in the Fun Libs app for iPhone or Android are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
